Uniform Replacements & Issues
Uniforms are ordered specifically for registered players. United Sports does not maintain spare replacement inventory or offer routine size exchanges after pickup. Please confirm sizes before ordering and inspect all items before wearing or washing them.
Family-Requested Replacements
Lost, damaged, worn, or incorrectly sized items selected by families require a new order. Replacement jerseys cost $55 flat, including standard shipping and handling. Other items are quoted separately.
League or Supplier Errors
Report missing, incorrect, or defective items within 7 calendar days of the designated uniform pickup date. Confirmed league or supplier fulfillment errors are corrected at no charge.
Timing & availability
The 7-day reporting period is not an automatic exchange window. Requests submitted after 7 days may not qualify for a free correction, credit, or refund. Replacement orders depend on supplier availability and shipping timelines.
