Help us create a positive, safe, and respectful environment for every player, coach, official, and family.

Our expectation

Support the game in a positive way

Parents and guardians play an important role in the experience children have in United Sports programs. We ask every family to support players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators with respectful communication and good sportsmanship.

What we expect from families

Support the team positively. Model good sportsmanship and cheer positively regardless of the outcome.

Respect coaches. Do not interfere with on field instruction during practices or games.

Handle concerns privately. Address concerns with the coach calmly and in a positive manner.

Respect everyone involved. Treat officials, staff, volunteers, players, opposing teams, and other families respectfully.

What we expect from players

Be accountable. Take responsibility for behavior toward teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials.

Show respect. Respect teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials at all times.

Honor the game. Play within the rules and do not use foul language.
